Legs, Back and Ab Ripper X

Felt absolutely awesome today! Legs are definitely much stronger… did every rep and increased weights all the way around. Back is always another story… but I did improve there as well. Still using the chair, but did more reps than usual. Heart rate was definitely up and I felt like I was going to throw up! First time that has happened in a long time. I think that’s supposed to be a good thing and show that you’re working hard…. just can’t get passed the girlie side of me though… I think it’s rather gross… : )

Have to admit that I actually like the wall squats not… guess that’s because I can actually DO them all the way through now. P90X is definitely addicting!!!

Ad ripper X is still a challenge, but I make it all the way through… Mason Twist always gets me in the end though… can do 40 without stopping, I rest then jump back in… might just be in my head… something I’m working on.
