Healthy Chicken Salad

In the summer I like to eat things that are light and cold. Here is a recipe that I put together the other day for lunch… thought I would share!

Healthy Chicken Salad

4 – 6 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/4 c chopped celery
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 Tbsp chopped pecans
1 Tbsp light mayonaise
1/4 c chopped red seedless grapes

Mix all together and serve on 100% whole wheat bread or green salad.

Makes 1 serving for roughly 300 calories.
1 – 2 proteins
1 carb
1 fat
