How to get more vegetables in your diet

I am always looking for ways to improve my diet and eat healthy. I am lucky, because I love fruits and vegetable. I like meat, but don’t need “plate sized steaks” to be happy. I actually prefer chicken and fish. But… one thing that I have learned, is that is it not always easy to get enough healthy vegetables during the day.

Fortunately, I have discovered a way to get more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I have added Shakeology to my daily nutrition plan and have been absolutely amazed at the results. I feel so much better! I have more energy, feel less tired, have been able to give up taking my expensive vitamins, and have lost weight. Shakeology keeps me full, and the chocolate one (my favorite) satisfies my cravings for sweets.
