Another reason to stay healthy
I didn’t really need another reason to stay healthy and take care of myself, but I got one any way! My second granddaughter joined us on Oct 27th… so precious and such a miracle. I spent one glorious week helping to care for her, my daughter and my 4 year old granddaughter. Things were a little crazy that week and I wasn’t as committed to my workouts, but once I got home I jumped back in, eager to set new goals and renew my commitment to stay healthy. I want to be there for my family and that means taking care of myself, inside and out!
I decided to start from scratch. Re-look at my fitness program and my diet. I’ve been doing some type of Beachbody program since January 2011. These included P90X, Turbo Fire, Insanity, Brazil Butt Lift, and combinations of them. I have ordered P90X2 and look forward to the challenge which I plan to start on January 1st, 2012. I have therefore decided to go back to P90X. I believe this is my favorite program because I just love working out with weights. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed every program, but P90X gave me the best results. We all need to pick the program that we enjoy the most. This will help us stick to the plan. My husband has decided to do this with me again, and that makes things much easier. We will be following the same nutrition plan, and it’s fun to work out together and push each other.
