Five Generations of Hands

This was sent to me via email and it truly did touch me. I am blessed to still have my grandmother alive at the young age of 97. I always remember her telling us that we need to eat right, exercise and limit alcohol use. You can’t get any better proof than a woman that has lived to be 97! Hi there!
Taking some time off to spend some quality time with my daughter before she heads off to her last year of college. She wants to be a Physician Assistant like her Mom, so I’m showing here around my old PA school before she heads back in less than a week. Amazing how fast they all grow up. Thought I would take a moment to tell you about my workout today! First I will start off by telling you that I’m working night shifts this week and have a difficult time taking naps during the day. So by the time I got home today I had been up for 24 hours straight. I caught up on some things around the house, answered emails and got dressed to work out. Digging Deeper to Reach Your goals

Have you ever felt like giving up during a workout… like you just dont feel like pushing yourself, doing more, going that extra mile. Improving your results from your workout program

Many of the questions that I get from customers and friends is about their concern about the results that they may or may not be achieving with their current workout program. Once I take a look at what they are actually doing, it usually boils down to  tweaking their diet (a BIG part of any program)… but I also ask if they are truly giving 110% in their workout.
