John Lumsden

I started my transformation with my wife Karen a little over 3 months ago. I was feeling tired all the time and had reached my maximum weight of 254 pounds. I love being active and decided at the age of 51 that I wanted my life back. I wanted to be healthy. I wanted to be there for my children as they grow up. We have 6 children, ages 13 to 26, one grandchild (and another one on the way). We are blessed to live on an acre and a half of land, on the water, that requires a tremendous amount of maintenance. We have developed (or I ¬†should say developing) this property after building our own house. It’s a work in progress and I wanted to be around to enjoy it.

So, we decided to do P90X. We had been working out on our own for about 3 months, but not making the progress that we wanted. It was a big change for me. Being dedicated to “push play” for an hour to an hour and a half a day. The diet was tricky in the beginning, but became natural. I can’t imagine eating any other way now. I feel great, have a tremendous amount of energy and have lost almost 40 pounds. My fitness plan is in it’s infancy, this has become my way of life. I’m currently doing Turbo fire to burn off some extra calories, but plan to start round 2 of P90X soon. Below you will see my transformation pictures. If I can do this at the age of 51, YOU can do it too! In fact, I have been so impressed with the success that I have had, that I have decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach. This will allow me to help others to reach their goals too. I now have the energy to do the things that I want to do.

Let me help you reach your goals!
