Hi! My name is Karen Crawford. I am 50 years old and have just completed 90 days of P90X! What a wonderful journey it was! I started this transformation when I realized how unhealthy and overweight I had become. I, like many others, let life get in the way… I was working long hours at work, eating unhealthy, and not exercising. The fear came when I hit 50… the memory of my father’s death at that same age came crashing back! He did of a massive heart attack. I did not want to do the same thing to my children I honestly have always been involved in some type of exercise over the years, I even taught aerobics and other classes at some well known gyms. I started using my elyptical and lifting weights as well as watching what I ate… but this did not work for me the way it had in the past. My husband and I saw the P90X commercial and decided to give it a try. Now 90 days later, we are healthier and more fit than we have been in a very long time. My journey is not over… I still have a few pounds to lose (and some more firming up to do), but I feel as though my life has changed forever! I am no longer exhausted, and in fact have more energy than I did even 20 years ago! I feel better too! My overall health has improved… amazing what fitness and good food choices will do for you. I’m so excited that with these choices, I have a better chance to be around for my children and grandchildren. So here are my pictures (can’t believe I’m posting them on the web!) I will post more as my journey continues!

Anyone can do this program! Even if you’re 50! You just have to BRING IT every day! Follow the nutrition guide and do the workouts, push yourself… make time for yourself! It’s only 90 days right? You will love it so much you will not want to stop… I’m off and running with the next 90 days…. doing Turbo Fire this time (with some Brazil Butt Lift thrown in), trying to shed these last few pounds and decrease my fat %.
