Are supplements necessary for optimum results in getting fit?

I believe that you can get results with proper diet and exercise plans. But, do we actually get the nutrition with the foods we eat? Do we get the appropriate amount of vitamins and minerals required by our body to reach our healthiest state? I know I can tell a difference when I take vitamins. I also have found that since adding Shakeology, I have had more energy, my skin is clearer, I require less sleep, and my weight loss has soared.

The next question is the need for a recovery drink. You can do your own experiment… just as I did. When you start a new program, you WILL be sore… that is a definite. You have to tear muscle down in order to build it up, and that is the soreness that you feel. The beauty of the recovery drink, is that it helps that recovery process along. I can’t promise that you won’t be sore at all, but you will be less sore, and that makes the next workout less painful. I found that using a recovery drink within one hour after a challenging workout (like P90X weight routines or aerobic routines) decreased the soreness that I feel.
